This policy describes how AITrainingMart (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use our public website at aitrainingmart.com, including when you join our waitlist. It is drafted for our current MVP (marketing site + signup form). You should have it reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it in production.

What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form we may collect:
- Name and email address (required)
- Role (Creator / AI company / Investor)
- Organization (optional)
- A short free-text field describing what you hope to do (optional)
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically process technical data (for example IP address, user agent, and basic request logs) essential to deliver the site securely. We treat waitlist entries as operational data for onboarding and updates.
Why we use it
We use this information to:
- Operate the waitlist and contact you about the private beta and related announcements
- Understand interest from creators, AI companies, and investors at a high level
- Operate, secure, improve, and protect the website
- Comply with law when required
Submitting the form confirms you want us to communicate with you at the email provided. Commercial messages include an unsubscribe path where legally required (for example CASL).
Legal bases & consent
Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely primarily on consent (you choose to submit the waitlist form) or legitimate interests in running our business and informing interested parties - balanced against your rights. You may withdraw consent or object by contacting hello@aitrainingmart.com or using unsubscribe links in operational emails once they are wired.
Where submissions go today
Form data is transmitted to our application server (Vercel deployment by default). We relay the payload to operational email boxes through a transactional mail provider (for example Resend) so the team receives a structured message- ordinarily at hello@aitrainingmart.com.
Copies may exist in mailbox archives, outbound mail logs maintained by providers, or short-lived diagnostics on our deployment platform consistent with legitimate security and abuse prevention.
Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with subprocessors who help us operate the website and inbox (currently hosting/email delivery; specifics should be listed in internal records and updated regularly). Each processor should be bound by terms that impose confidentiality and acceptable use restrictions.
Retention
Waitlist submissions are retained for as long as needed to onboard private beta cohorts or as required by law. You may ask us to delete or export your signup details by emailing hello@aitrainingmart.com.
Security
We use HTTPS in production and reputable infrastructure providers but no method is perfectly secure. Please protect your own devices and inbox access.
International transfers & children
Data may cross borders where our providers operate facilities. Supplemental safeguards (DPAs/SCCs) should be finalized if you onboard EU/UK users materially. The marketing site and waitlist are not directed at children under 13/16-we do not knowingly solicit their data.
Your rights & changes
Depending where you live you may ask to access, rectify, erase, restrict, export, or object to certain processing. Reach us via hello@aitrainingmart.com. We may update this policy as the platform grows; materially significant changes merit a refreshed “last updated” date plus notice through the inbox or onsite banner if appropriate.
