These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you browse or interact with the public landing experience for AITrainingMart (“we”, “us”), including the waitlist form located on aitrainingmart.com. They are MVP-oriented and not a substitute for legal advice-engage counsel before enforcing them externally.
Eligibility & acceptable use
By using this site or submitting personal information you affirm you meet any minimum-age requirements of your jurisdiction. You agree not to abuse the infrastructure (no probing, automated scraping contrary to robots headers, phishing, transmitting malware or harassing content).
Waitlist signup
Joining the waitlist is optional. Providing accurate email and truthful context helps us gauge interest and operate the invite flow. Confirmation messages and future beta communications rely on the contact details you furnish. Spam or deceptive submissions undermine the program and may be discarded.
No services yet / forward-looking beta
The website currently explains an upcoming marketplace and solicits inbound interest-it does not yet offer a fully launched commercial product. Any roadmap statements (for example timing of a private beta) are aspirational unless separately contractually obligated.
Intellectual property
Marks, typography, prose, visuals, UX copy, layouts, animations, logos, icons, diagrams, decks, and compilations comprising the landing experience (“Materials”) belong to us or our licensors unless open source components apply. You gain no license beyond transient viewing in a standard browser unless we agree otherwise.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided as is without warranties beyond those implied by statute. We are not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or reliance damages - even if foreseeable - to the maximum extent permissible. Some jurisdictions disallow certain limits; liabilities may be minimized but not waived where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
You'll defend and indemnify us (and teammates, advisers, successors) against third-party claims or costs tied to misuse of our site or materials attributable to your intentional misconduct or violation of these Terms.
Privacy counterpart
Data practices are spelled out separately in our Privacy Policy. Conflicts unrelated to mandated consumer protection law should prioritize the specificity of whichever document most directly speaks to privacy first.
Suspension / changes / governing law placeholders
We may update these Terms periodically; materially adverse changes merit notice through email or banners. Venue and governing-law selections should mirror your incorporation once finalized (for example Province of Ontario vs Delaware vs EU member state)-fill with counsel-approved jurisdiction clauses.
